DesignMaster has been specifically designed by Graphtec GB to work with your CraftROBO. We have designed it after listening to the many requests from our customers.  Our engineers have taken a long hard look at the way crafters are using their CraftROBO’s. Although the free bundled RoboMaster is a superb tool to get you going with your Craft ROBO, many users find additional programs to achieve that extra something to their designs.  Now Graphtec GB have taken all of these features, added a few more and built them into one fantastic package, DesignMaster.

Bitmap Editing

We have significantly improved the way scanned images are handled.  As well as the ability to save standard settings, we have added the functions for how tightly to contour a bitmap, how to handle a corner and what we consider to be the industries simplest editing tools.

Advanced Text Entry

Text can now be entered directly onto screen with full independent control of characters and intuitive letter spacing.  Fonts can be arranged into groups depending on style, favourite fonts can be added to the top of the list. Spell checking is built in.

Are you trying to achieve that special effect by overlapping characters, now, one
click on the weld button instantly removes all of those overlapping lines. It couldn’t be any easier. The weld tool is perfect for script fonts for joining those annoying characters.

Automatic Mats and Inlays

Our intuitive outline tool allows you to make mats to any shape, character or font. full control of mat size, colour, distance from original shape and even if you want to keep or remove centre’s can be achieved with this tool.

The same tool also allows you to create beautiful inlays. You can even create mats and inlay at the same time. Just think what that can do to your creations.

But wait, there’s more. The same tool will allow you to create outlines and multiple outlines to any shape, character or font. So much from just one tool!

Your imagination will allow you to make the most fantastic creations.

Distortion Tools

Our Transformation tool allows you to bend, twist, stretch and distort any shape or character. Using 14 preset shapes, each can be tweaked to give the design you want.

Text on an Arc

This tool explains itself, type your text on an arc, under the arc or inside an arc. Full control of font size, radius and start and end points is right there on screen.

Parabolic shape tool

One click on the parabolic shape tool bar and you can create an array of individual shapes at any size. Hundreds of variations can be created with each shape.

Create your own frames

And look, a simple tool that allows you to design and create your own frames. Add scalloped or radius corners, specify frame size and thickness. So easy to use.

Stripes and stencils

We have called this the stencil tool, but it will not only create stencil, but can add
stripes and gradients to any shape. All stripes can be horizontal, vertical or even radiant.

Shadows, block, drop, cast and perspective can all be created with the drag of a
mouse. How fantastic!
